Impact Cx delivered full-lifecycle commissioning, including design review, enclosure testing, functional and seasonal testing, energy modeling, and post-occupancy support, helping ensure the building performed as designed.

University of Southern California Ginsburg Building
Following a major chilled water failure that impacted the $160M, USC Ginsburg Building and its data center, USC engaged Impact Cx as Facilities Technical Consultant to support emergency recovery.
Impact Cx led system validation across HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, fire suppression, and building envelope systems, coordinating closely with the remediation team. All systems were successfully restored with verified performance and documented compliance with USC standards.

Castle Biosciences Inc.
Impact Cx is providing third-party commissioning for the first-generation interior build-out at Castle Biosciences’ Friendswood, Texas facility, including office space and a fitness center.
Through early field observations, our team identified and resolved duct leakage, access, and coordination issues prior to ceiling close-in, reducing handover risk. Final functional testing and documentation will confirm system performance and support a smooth turnover to operations.
